Product Care

At Le Mandorle, we take pride in creating high-quality jewellery pieces made of 925 sterling silver and 18 carat gold plating. To ensure that your jewellery lasts for a long time, we recommend following these simple care instructions:

Storage

  • Store each piece of jewellery individually to avoid scratching
  • Keep them in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight

Usage

  • Remove your jewellery before applying sanitiser, makeup, perfume, hair and skin products
  • Avoid wearing your jewellery while doing strenuous activities or sleeping

Water Chemicals

  • Avoid contact with water and chemicals, including chlorine, bleach, and other cleaning products
  • Remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming or showering

Cleaning

  • Clean your jewellery occasionally by gently wiping it with a 'Le Mandorle silver polish cloth' or another clean, dry and soft cloth
  • Avoid using abrasive materials or chemicals to clean your jewellery

Please note that all silver material will gradually lose its shine but they can be easily polished with a silver cloth. The lifetime of your jewellery highly depends on its storage, usage, and wearer. Your skin's PH level and your skin type can both affect the longevity of your jewellery. With proper care, your Le Mandorle jewellery can be enjoyed for years to come.

Shipping

All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped via SF Express. We are happy to assist our customers with such shipping arrangements prior to purchase. Please email hello@lemandorle.com with any inquiries. Le Mandorle is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees assessed on international shipments.

Shipping Window

All orders are sublecuto producton and tumilment lead times betore tey ship.Each piece is estimated to ship within the ship window specified on its respective product page, and all ship windows are measured from the next business day after an order is placed. Please note that certain pieces may have different ship windows, and all ship windows specified are estimates only. While we aim to ship your order within the stated ship windows, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions.Ship windows do not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

Suppose you place a single order for multiple pieces with different ship windows.In that case, your order will ship when the entire order is complete and ready for shipment, typically within the latest estimated shipping window of all items in your order.

Returns

Le Mandorle accepts returns for damaged or defective items only. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must email us within 48 hours of receiving the item with your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

All sales are final for non-damaged or non-defective items, including gift cards.
