Refund policy

RETURNS
Le Mandorle accepts returns for damaged or defective items only. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must email us within 48 hours of receiving the item with your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
All sales are final for non-damaged or non-defective items, including gift cards.

If you purchased a Le Mandorle piece from another retailer, please refer to that retailer's policies for returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
